Before Auto TechConnect, it was difficult to solve complex software problems when programming used or new modules, or worst when vehicles stop working after update. Now I’m confident when working on vehicle modules, specially with the communication channel offered by the app.
I specialize in immobiliser systems but had an issue with the engine computer getting bricked with a BMW. Connected with a BMW ECU expert same day through Auto TechConnect, and they revived the module with the same tools in hand that we never knew would accomplish.
We needed to replace a transmission in a mercedes vehicle and never done one before. Replaced the transmission control module and vehicle would not start, instead of towing to the dealer, we logged into Auto TechConnect and added our ticket and an Expert Tech reached out and help program the module remotely saving us time and money.
All you have to do is download the app and register via available options i.e Google, Email, Phone, etc. Once you’ve signed in, just go to the “Services” section and add a new service to post.
You can choose from the available options relevant to the service. Proceed by giving the title, description and cost for the service.
In order to avail the service, initially you have to search the service post related to your current problem. After that, send a message to get connected with the technician.
Once all the requirements are communicated between both end i.e user and technician, you can hire them for the service.
If any technician can’t find the service related to their expertise then there is a feature to post a job for other technicians.
Just go to the dashboard, click on add job tab which will direct you to the screen asking for vehicle control module, car model, part number, symptoms, and other job details.
